My husband and I had switched cell phone providers a few weeks ago. We went into Kirksville Verizon with the intention of only switching over our cell phones. Kaylee, our associate, was absolutely amazing. She helped us every step of the way. It took four hours, but she got us our new cell phones and a few extra things because there were such great deals. any questions that she had, Daniel was there to help her out. They were both fantastic!
Anjelika handled moving a personal line to a business account, upgrading a phone and fixing website login issues smoothly and efficiently. She is very patient and maintained a calm professional demeanor. Highly recommend.
