Unreliable staff. Difficult to trust their hours of operation. The store is “open” and nobody is here. Left an hour after they “opened” with nobody in sight still. At least AT&T was open and ready on time
Worst customer service I've ever received at any phone carrier store regardless of company. Take your money elsewhere.
