If I could select zero stars I would. The guy working on 4/15 at 6:15 is a total and complete jerk. I have been a customer of Verizon for 7 years and have never been treated so rudely. There was no reason for his behavior. All I wanted to do is get a smaller phone. He replied with, “Exactly how to you plan on doing that?” When I asked him for his name he refused and said he is the district manager and he doesn’t have to tell me anything and even said he didn’t care I thought he was rude!
