Super friendly and patient support. Ally is a superstar, very knowledgeable. I came in with issues on my IPhone and Ally was able to resolve the issue within just a few minutes.
I went into Verizon to see if anybody could help me with my phone because I was having some problems with it. Drew helped me with my phone. He told me exactly what was wrong with my phone in the first couple of minutes talking to him. He also showed me some nice cases for my phone. Drew was very polite and helpful. Verizon is definitely the place to go!
