The agents are not particularly friendly or knowledgeable and it seems like their products are not as new as advertised. My “brand new” iPhone 16 has funny quirks that seem odd for a never-used iPhone. I won’t get into conspiracy theory, but I will not be going back.

I discontinued 2 of my lines that I haven't used in years! They assured me online tell my bill would be $70 a month! Now I've been charged over $200 since I discontinued the two that I didn't use!
