I was intimidated cause I didn't know alot about how my new phone could lock me out of it. The associate had gotten impatient with me and another senior who had a separate problem. I do think she offered me helpful assistance, but I had a anxious time resetting everything. It's rough when you don't have the skillset to catch on, but I made it through.
I would rather have teeth pulled than to deal with Verizon in anyway. Between call centers that just put you on hold till you hang up or actually just ignore your number. Two 20 minute calls then "cut off" call back and get put on hold for 45 minutes. Never to be answered again. 45 minutes is when I gave up. Go to the store and instead of fixing the issue they could put me on a post pay account for another 230 dollars on top of the 185 I had already paid. TREY IS AMAZING!! I came in with my old iPhone completely done for — full white screen of death — and Trey absolutely saved the day. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process of getting a new iPhone quick and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, helped me pick the best option, and made sure all my data was handled with care. No call back. Ordered a watch and was charged for it, a month later still no watch. Wouldn’t recommend unless you plan on waiting an eternity.
