Tim provided us high level service. He was patient, worked with multiple providers to get my wife switched over, and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend heading to store in Jenison.

Dallas was extremely helpful with setting up with new equipment and service with Verizon. He spent close to 3+ hours answering every question we had and more. He also saw where there was a fraud issue with our account and he called Verizon Department and the issue was corrected. Had he not seen and questioned this charge we may never had have known about it. This service is beyond exceptional. Thank you so much!!! Very nice person.
