I never thought I’d be leaving an outstanding review for a Verizon shop but here goes! I traded in my phone for an iPhone Air and actually had a wonderful time doing it. It was all thanks to Roderick who went above and beyond my expectations. He was patient, thorough, and we had an interesting and enjoyable conversation too!
Ross went above and beyond providing great customer service answering all of our questions and anticipating most of them. He helped our entire family switch over from AT&T to Verizon spending the time needed for each device and helping to make sure we got the best price possible. this man is extremely talented!
