Had to quickly change our service plan and Herman made it so easy for us to switch back to Verizon. It was an amazing experience. Only took about an hour or so and we had new phones. I am so happy with everything that Herman helped us with.
Typically a visiting a cell store is a dreaded task, but Jason/Verizon, at the Indiantown location, was outstanding! Best experience ever. Super fast. Super knowledgeable. Super pleased. Only store I will use going forward.
