I got a new phone 3 days later it rebooted 5 times shutting down while I was on phone call for no reason. Took it back for a replacement and asked why I was charged for set-up fee of $25... Was told that was because they were paid on commission... I will be calling the company about this because when he set it up the phone wasn't working when I left because it was 7:00 and he said he had to lock the store so I would have to finish it myself.
