Customer service really poor
I lost my phone and came in. Alyssa helped me so much. She went above and beyond to help me find my phone that I lost at the bus stop, helped me call a cab, and then made sure I got to the stop safe and found my phone. I ABSOLUTELY recommend coming to this Verizon especially if Alyssa is there. Her customer service was amazing and it is because of employees like her that I will always use Verizon.
