Eddie did an amazing job helping us to switch from AT&T to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable, quick and thorough. Very intelligent guy and super nice. I was there with my 87-year-old mother to help with her account and it was a very seamless process. In addition, he came to the house on time and set up our wireless modem and connected all of the devices to it in minutes. He even went out of his way to find and remove a malicious program on my mother's laptop! What a guy! If there was more than five stars I'd give it.

Came onto the store for help after 45min of a useless painful phone conversation with customer service. I was immediately helped by Ms Talor Lohr, who spent the next hour and a half of her time working through a number transfer with multiple departments of Verizon customer service. She was patient, friendly and super helpful. In a time of vanishing customer service she went above and beyond the line of duty to help me out. She gets the highest recommendation from me.
