Great Service!!! Jared helped my Son and I with our upgrade!!
These people are a bunch of crooks. They well take your money. So went in to get a phone for my son since his was damaged. They told us if we paid off his device we would get the upgrade. So we paid 400 to pay off his phone and once we did they said sorry your not eligible for the upgrade but won't refund the money( which my son paid it). All they said was they could credit our account which we did not want this that was our son's money. This wasn't the first incident with Verizon over money this is just one of many. We had a great experience adding a new phone to our family plan and upgrading my phone. Sterling primarily worked with us and Haley worked with us as well. They were both friendly, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and made the entire process seamless. They explained everything clearly and made sure we had exactly what we needed. I really appreciated their support! I definitely recommend this location and their customer service!
We arrived to late they had closed and they have moved to a new location also
