Trisha was great at getting the phone I wanted, even gave a trade in on my phone. A week after getting the phone i had a issue. Went back to the location Trisha was working a different store that day. Gentleman working referred me to extended warranty company. They said there would be a charge but agreed phone should be covered by Verizon. Contacted Verizon they said to go back to where I purchased phone it will be covered. Talked to Cory he was great at getting my issue resolved
Jared was absolutely the best. He helped me resolve a major problem with my iPhone. A great experience. Also got a great deal on several accessories, including Liquid Glass- very impressive protection. Would highly recommend this store, especially Jared.
Connor is phenomenal! He went the extra mile and deserves more than a great review. With his technical forte he skillfully navigated several systems and around technical difficulties with ease.
