Extremely rude representatives. Lazy and outright refusing to help customers. Watched them refuse to get a phone they ordered for a customer. Go elsewhere
Justin was a pleasure to work with! My phone was super full of pictures and videos that I could not lose and he took the time to help me move everything over to my new phone and made sure I had everything where I needed it! Really appreciate all his help!
