Extremely rude representatives. Lazy and outright refusing to help customers. Watched them refuse to get a phone they ordered for a customer. Go elsewhere

I seen a lot of schemes from these big companies, but Verizon is one of the biggest scammers when it comes to phone companies that I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve used a lot first we order for iPhone 14 then we get four watches right off the bat they charged us $1600 then the first bill was $1200. Our second bill was $900. Now we’re playing $540 every month for something they promised that we would have for 290 and there’s no way of getting all this contract so we gotta stay with it until we’re finished so if I was anybod... read more
