I'd give no stars if I could. Didn't get persons name but right from the start they were very rude. As if we were wasting their time. They had lots of reasons why they couldn't do things but only 1 solution. Go to the Corporate store which I believe they said is on Alberta Drive

Pre-ordered 3 Samsung S24+ phones for $5/month for 36 months deal verizon had texted myself, daughter and her husband. Two of the three phones we paid in full ($5/month ×36 months =$180 + full taxes on phone), what we thought, was in full for. Have been battling with Verizon since because none of us are getting the correct device credits on our bill for the costs we were told we would ONLY have to pay.
