Upgraded an iPhone 13 Pro Max to a 16 pro max. The clerk expressed a 1000 credit for my trade in. Never received the credit. Contacted store and was told that the district manager would be in touch with me. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I’ve called the store twice and was met with rude customer service. Still nothing from the manager. I called Verizon support and found that the phone I traded in was never placed into the system and no credit was given. Are they stealing phones. Hmmmm good question
