Devyn was very helpful in setting up my new I phone 17 and getting the best plan available. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I visited this store on March 22 for a new phone. Anthony hooked me up with the Google Pixel 10 Pro, along with some accessories. The phone has been perfect thus far, exceeding my expectations. Anthony was awesome, he provided great customer service along with some terrific products. I am completely satisfied.
Wow so all the bad reviews have been deleted. The young man who “helped” me the other day I believe his name was Devin? He would not make eye contact with me. He was not helpful, said I had to contact Verizon on the phone and said he could take a payment but will charge a fee. This store is poor representation of Verizon all they say is we are a cell phone dealer. Then take Verizon name down if you do not represent them and dude make eye contact with people.
Best customer service. They listened to my needs and and met them all. Walked out with a working phone. Love these guys.
