The person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. He wasn't high-pressure, didn't rush me, explained products and costs clearly, and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about tech. Only took about an hour total to trade in my phone. Silver sparkly phone case availability was a bonus!✨️
Devyn transferred 2 phone lines over from Xfinity. Very knowledgeable and kind. Nice to do business with him. And if you would believe it my screen and pictures are sharper on Verizon network. ☺️
So patient! Needed a new phone and went through every possible price difference based on current sales, absolutely no pressure to go with whatever wasn't right for me. Very honest and up front about the various costs of changes, etc.
