Wow so all the bad reviews have been deleted. The young man who “helped” me the other day I believe his name was Devin? He would not make eye contact with me. He was not helpful, said I had to contact Verizon on the phone and said he could take a payment but will charge a fee. This store is poor representation of Verizon all they say is we are a cell phone dealer. Then take Verizon name down if you do not represent them and dude make eye contact with people.
Best customer service. They listened to my needs and and met them all. Walked out with a working phone. Love these guys.

Tight parking
Absolutely best experience we could have had. We had 4 phones and a complex transfer process. Devyn stayed late, an hour after closing, to make sure we got all the discounts and that everything had completed. His competency, attention to detail, and friendliness were amazing and rarely found today. Best experience I have had in years.
