This store on Elkhart Road man if you need a guy to help you get the job done on getting you a new phone and have problems with another carrier, get ahold of Alex. He is the man, we had an issue with customer service with another carrier and he stepped in and did the job, thank you Alex you were really awesome and did such an amazing job.
You should go down the road to the corporate Verizon store on 33 and the bypass. The store was far less thorough and very much rushed us into choosing a phone and purchasing it. We also did not have proper explanations for return policies and whatnot. Save yourself the hassle and go to the corporate Verizon store.
