Was a bit of a wait but the gentleman solved my problem an was super nice
We had a great experience at the Verizon store in New Smyrna Beach, even though our new phone was significantly delayed (through no fault of the staff). Every interaction we had was met with empathy and friendliness. The team truly cared and kept us informed throughout the process. When the phone finally arrived, the gentleman helping us was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service all around—we really appreciated their professionalism and patience.
