I arrived early for a 10am appointment, which was when the store was supposed to open. The manager arrived to open the store around 10:15. He was very unkempt looking. His printed name badge said "District Manger." That's right "manger," not "manager." I was there to help my mother buy a new phone. He asked me no less than 8 times in a row if I wanted to switch to join her Verizon plan. I said "no thank" you the first few times, then just "no" the rest. I was quite annoyed by this time.
