Good food and service, and not to pricy
Luis tonight was amazing! Helped us figure out how to move to a new plan so we could upgrade our phones. I highly recommend coming here for help. He even stayed over just to help us.
Luis was taking care of me and multiple people at once and it was impressive. Technology gives me anxiety and he definitely helped with that. Got a new phone and all my info transferred. He also saved me money by taking things off my plan i didn’t need. Everything’s going well so far. Go to Luis.
The associate John who we were helped by refused to look at us, drummed his fingers on the desk the whole time we tried to explain our problem, and gave heavy sighs everytime we had a question. Very unhelpful and inattentive and should quit if he really hates his job that much.
I would again like to express my appreciation for the employees at the southside Verizon store in Sheboygan. Last night I spoke to Mary on the phone regarding an issue I had. She told me I could just pop into the store today and she could help me with my issue. In my head, I figured I would be in there for at least an hour, especially with this time of year being so busy.
