CJ was such a God send, we had an emergent issue surrounding our phone with another carrier and a broken phone. CJ was extremely professional and reassuring during the whole process. My aunt purchased 2 phones from a gentleman named Ray H at this location. He scammed her by adding a line to her account that she didn’t know about and charged her an extra $120 in fees. He did not give her the receipt when he charged her the fees so he knows what he was doing was wrong. When I went back to the store with her to get the receipt and see the charges, they were listed under some sort of “water protection” when she already pays for phones insurance.
