CJ was such a God send, we had an emergent issue surrounding our phone with another carrier and a broken phone. CJ was extremely professional and reassuring during the whole process. Getting married next month and all of our information contained within the old phone CJ reassured us with grace and humor in obtaining new device and a better deal!!!!!! CJ, thank you so much!
My aunt purchased 2 phones from a gentleman named Ray H at this location. He scammed her by adding a line to her account that she didn’t know about and charged her an extra $120 in fees. He did not give her the receipt when he charged her the fees so he knows what he was doing was wrong. When I went back to the store with her to get the receipt and see the charges, they were listed under some sort of “water protection” when she already pays for phones insurance.
