I had a Samsung phone that was indicating moisture in the charging port when l plugged in the charging cord. Chris did an amazing job of removing the moisture and cleaning the charging port to allow me to charge and keep my phone! Thank you Chris!!!
I stopped in yesterday and Robbie was great! I went in after work with tons of questions and a goal of upgrading to the new ZFlip7, and he helped me with all my needs! He handled the other customers with ease while my phone transfer loaded and was very easy to talk to. I was nervous I wouldn't leave that day with a phone, but I had an overall great experience and I love my new phone! Thanks, Robbie!
