Josh embodies what great customer service means! Unfortunately nowadays amazing customer service is rare but Josh has mastered it. My sister came into the store to upgrade her iPhone and also ordered an iPad. Josh was very informative and the experience she had impressed her that she came to get me to upgrade my iPhone. You set up a payment arrangement with Verizon. They shut you off in the middle of the payment arrangement. They block you from talking to them. They really suck and they’re real expensive. Why Do I pay more to go to a terrible service? I asked myself that all the time.
I was in THIS store only 2x about 2 months ago. First time - the guy in the store by himself was extremely Rude & very poor customer service! Yes, he was busy with another person setting up a phone, but when "anyone" comes in the "usual response" has always been, "Hello Welcome to Verizon!" Then usually a brief, "What do you need?" & a response say, "I am busy with this guy & 'will need' possibly 40 more minutes. HECK NO!!
