I left this company years ago because of these issues. I have 5 hours total wrapped up in a credit that Verizon was supposed be applied. If you come to this company be sure that you know, you will sit for hours and they will tell how important your time is and that they are sorry. They do not care. I have heard the words "I'm sorry" at least 20 times in the last hour and a half.
Thus is an FYI. They moved to Northwood Plaza. East end of strip mall. The next building is Target. Staff was very informative. I dealt with Jay
Justin D. was absolutely wonderful! He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Highly recommend. The in-store experience, however, was not as great. The building is a large, single room with wall-to-wall windows. The amount of sunlight coming in was overwhelming. We were not able to comfortably look around (or at our screens) without being blinded. The sales associates had to hunch over to use their computer screens due to the glare. Justin was amazing to work with us. The three of us were bombarding him with questions while he was on the phone with the company and yet he was able to juggle everything at the same time. He answered all our questions and allowed us to make the decisions that were right for us without any pressure. I highly recommend you ask for Justin when you go in because he made our experience pleasurable.
Stellhorn store is fortunate to have Nate working for them. He was personable and very competent. He also correctly diagnosed issue with my phone when other stores could not.
