I love it! Heath was amazing and patient, especially with my mom lol He did the math and told us the best option with the phones we wanted. Definitely a place you'll want to go to if you think of trading or buying a new phone. We made him laugh and he made us laugh, the process is time consuming but it's worth it if you want top notch service. Thank you Heath!
Michael and Logan have gone out of their way to spend time with me to help and solve problems that have taken me hours to try to correct. They were super patient and open to helping versus saying I needed to spend more money on something new. Ask for one of them at the store!
Excellent customer service from the two people working while I was there. Unfortunately I had all forms of ID normally needed but the legal team trying to verify the business I work for took an hour and a half of my time verifying and asking for extra documents. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of sitting waiting for a simple SIM card with data, they asked for another extra document. I left at the point and got service from AT&T very easily
I recently had a challenge with my phone after switching carriers and from Android to Apple. My new phone did not receive messages from my contacts with Androids. The text messages they sent to me went to my old phone even without a SIM. The worst customer service I've ever experienced I've been standing here for 20 minutes and no one has said can I help you someone will be with you in a moment nothing and people are steady walking never come back to this place
