Very frustrating experience at this store, will not be returning. What should have been a very simple trade-in ended up being 3 separate trips to the store, Add-On services to my phone/bill that I didn’t authorize, countless rounds of Verizon authentication and phone calls, several calls to customer care, and I still don’t have the correct billing on my account.
10 stars to Matthew! He helped my husband and I with a new phone and iPad. He was patient, informative and very professional. It’s been years since I’ve been in a store and I’ve been nervous to go in. Technology is nerve wracking for me but Matthew gave us a great experience. He took time to explain the billing process and then provided suggestions for accessories to protect our devices. Best experience I’ve ever had in a long time in a Verizon store.
