Stopped by here to get some help unlocking a phone. Beth was amazing. She took the time to help me try to get my issues taken care of. While the issue wasn’t something she could fix, she went above and beyond to help try to solve my issue. I would go back to her any time I have an issue. She was kind and helpful
I recently ordered home internet that there was a problem completing the order via chat. I was referred to come to the Festus, mo store for further help. Came into the store and associate Dylan was very, very helpful in working with Tech Support where they discovered the problem. Dylan was very knowledgeable about navigating the site to further help get my discounts applied to the account as well.
