I went to transfer a line onto mine. "Moose" was the rep who helped us. He answered our questions and was quick to go the extra mile when they didn't have a certain phone in stock. I had a question about the bill and reached out to the store. He wasn't available at the time but got back to me quickly. Exemplary customer service and a comfortable safe store environment in general.
