Staff was not only friendly and knowledgeable but they were also entertaining.
I went in for the 6th time to get someone to help me since I no longer have any equipment or there service and I have documented proof I don’t owe anything and haven’t since June. I keep getting a bill every month that I have to go In and they fix. I go in this time and a lazy worthless employee is not willing to help me all. He uses my phone and calls support (I could have done that) and then moves on to another customer. Zero help!!! His name was C. J. He is 100% useless!!!!
