If you’re going to get verizon, go to a corporate office not a cellular sales location. Especially if you’re a business. I had to register both of my businesses so I could get my employees phones. Upon the “deal and specials” they ran and me asking them if it could be one bill so there’s no confusion as to why I get two bills. I was told that was done by the rep I dealt with, the manager there helping him and the customer service rep in India that these guys sub contract their “business relation services” to. Just leaving my home Verizon store after having Evan answer the questions I had (had plenty of them also) about services I wanted to know more about but also options on things I didn’t know to inquire about.. you know it’s just real nice to leave somewhere feeling more informed and prepared than when I walked in.. especially since it’s my home and Business needs being taken care of it’s awesome to feel like I’ve made these things better for me and my customers by coming in and spending 30 mins with Evan.. thank you
Very unprofessional and still tried to charge us for the phones and service. And we only had the phones for a week. And we still received our refund. For the phones. And it's been over 3 months. We also had to send the phones back to Verizon because they're not really Verizon, they're a independent company. Horrible people and management wouldn't get on the phone us or never called us back to make things right.
