Customer Reps (Jonathan & Kye) were very helpful & personable. Store was quiet & slow so service was quick.
In all the years I have had a cell phone I have always dreaded having to go in to deal with issues. My experiences (which have been plenty with a teenager on our plan) Otis and Uriah have made it easy informative, and at the same time fun!!!
Otis was super helpful when my wife went. He made it easy and was super understanding! We will happily go back to him to upgrade our phones! Thanks again!
