I can’t say enough about the excellent service I received today from David at the Verizon Store in Catskill. I really wasn’t looking forward to replacing my phone since my last experience at the Glenmont store I was persuaded to buy a phone and an iPad (which I did not need but was told it was a such a good deal); afterwards, my daughter said “they saw you coming”.
