I went in yesterday to get help with my phone which was freezing and half of my screen was turning black. There was only 1 man there at the time, Thomas DiVatorio. He informed me that there was a $40 tech service fee I would need to pay. I asked what happens if he doesn’t fix anything to which he very snottily responded “you’d be paying me for my time.” Well what I paid him $40 for was for him to look at my phone storage and tell me that I had too much stuff and needed to delete things.
