Layla and Lukas helped us out. They were both great and very informative! Highly recommend making an appointment with either of them of you need assistance.
Purchased a brand new phone through this store. When the phone started glitching and I attempted to replace it under warrantee, they refused to replace it then attempted to gaslight me and told me to just ignore the glitch.
I asked for help installing eSIM, waited 30 minutes and in the end they couldn't do it
