You purchased a new phone last week and had them put a screen protector on it $49.99 and we were told it had a lifetime warranty and if anything happened just bring it back and they would replace it. So today we go back because the scream saver had Cracked and they’re telling us we have to go through all this calling people and sending things away and they would give us half the money that we paid for it , nobody has time for that. You should tell people upfront exactly what the deal is not telling us you’re gonna replace it... read more
