Went to Verizon Glenville, NY for a new Apple Watch. Randy was the sales associate who took care of me. He was amazing. He answered all my questions, got me the best possible pricing for my watch and set it all up for me before I left. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable on the products in the store. 5 star rating and I only shop at this Verzion store because of their excellent customer service.
Rude and useless is the best way to sum up my experience at this store. I stopped in to activate a phone I purchased at Best Buy. They wanted to charge $60 to activate the phone. This is free to do online but for some reason it costs $60 to do in store. When I declined, I was met with a half-laugh and a sarcastic comment. We will be switching our small business over to Spectrum.
Trying to call this place is a joke. Not even an option to leave a voicemail. Just a high pitched squeak then nothing. Do better.
The manager at this location has no idea what he is talking about. He has now cost my family hundreds of dollars. Without asking, he switched our grandfathered unlimited family plan to a lesser limited plan, leaving my military brother, who is overseas, without a phone. We went in for a simple phone screen replacement (which we have insurance for, so it shouldn't cost anything) and left with a $900 bill due to the plan change.
