On Saturday, 9/2/23 I visited the Verizon- Pittston location and had a wonderful experience! Jonathan the store manager worked with me to figure out what was the best option to upgrade my cell. He was simply AWESOME! 😊 He was very professional and polite, and steered me in the right direction.
