Went in to see what type of deals the Verizon store was offering. The representative named Brandon, was extremely helpful and broke down every option that was offered. He also suggested accessories that helped protect my phone. Ended up leaving with and new phone and possibly returning soon for another item.
A lot was going on with the craziness of the Verizon outage… yet Samuel at the Dunkirk location held it down. He managed to take care of 6 different customers and 6 different issues with no problem. I was very impressed. With issues I had with service on my current phone & getting a new iPhone, He went back and forth with all of us and handled it like a true professional. I just wanted to let everyone know of his work ethic. Also to do business with them (him) you will not be sorry with the knowledge he has.

This Verizon is one of the best ! Brandon was very helpful when I traded in my other phone! He made it easy and the service was quicker than I had expected which was a life saver in the end!! Will be coming back!!!
