I had such a great experience at the Verizon store thanks to Jamar! He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took his time making sure I got everything I wanted. He answered all my questions, helped me find the best options for my needs, and even managed to save me around $80-$100 a month on my bill. I never felt rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommend asking for Jamar if you visit this store!
Getting this phone with Jamar has been a rollercoaster of fun. Friendly, talkative, outgoing, funny, everything you could ask for in a salesman. It was super easy and I was in an out in a couple minutes. This is the best Verizon store I’ve ever been at and I’ve been to them all!
We came into the Verizon store on Sand Lake Road. We have ALWAYS received excellent service here! We came in with a problem with a brand new Samsung. It worked fine the first month, and then it stopped working. Kenneth helped us trouble shoot the problem and discovered that it was a SIM card going bad. (We had installed the old SIM card from our Samsung 9) He installed a new card, and we’re back in business! Excellent service, friendly, helpful, professional! 5+ stars!
Had an issue with my line for 2 weeks and Yousif was very nice and patient and helped get everything sorted out with 10 min. Best verizon team ever!! Thank you everyone
