Yousif was able to set up my wife and I’s phone and get us a low rate on our plan. Everyone was extremely helpful. Just read the bad review under me. I can only imagine he was having a bad day! These guys are great
I’m not surprised that Verizon is so bad these days. This is the second time I’ve come to this store, and the customer service is terrible. The employee was sitting there doing nothing. I came in to request a statement, and he told me they couldn’t help because this is not a corporate store and only corporate locations can print statements. The last time I came here, I tried to open a business line account, and again they couldn’t help me.
