Professional and knowledgeable, got done what I needed done.
I went in to simply purchase a new phone case for my phone. I have no issues with my phone at all. The young guy literally tried to talk me into buying two new phones. Telling me how much my bill would go up only a little bit. I looked at him and said “I came in here looking for simply a phone case and you think I’m going to walk out of here with two new phones? “So because of this I’ll never shop at this store again. I get that he has a job to do, but it was very insulting that he tried to manipulate me.
