Kimmy and Savannah were extremely helpful, made the new phone transition quick and painless, answered every question I had and was able to explain more on the new phone that I didn't understand! Would recommend their help when going there!
Went in today because I got a replacement device from google and I simply needed to move my eSim from the old phone to the new. I'm very aware of how to do this, but the Verizon app on the old phone wasn't giving me the QR code to scan with my replacement phone so it could complete the eSim move. Went on a spontaneous trip to this location for a new phone/line and was not disappointed. Brandon L answered all my questions and concerns with no issue! Helped me move from an old IPhone 8 to a brand new 15! He was fabulous and I highly recommend to stop in!
