What a great experience at the Wheat Ridge, CO store! Connor Kiss was the rep that helped us. For the past 4 months, we were billed incorrectly. Each time we called or visited a Verizon store the reps claimed they fixed the errors, but we kept on being billed the wrong amount. Connor called Verizon, and was an advocate for us. Verizon tried to give us a partial refund (for their mistake), but Connor told them that was unexceptionable. We got the FULL refund thanks to Connor Kiss. Thanks Connor!
