I would recommend another location these guys will sell you a device and leave you out to dry. Had an issue with activating my phone line and a port never completed after visiting another location they were able to fix it quick and even let me know some other deals I wasn't shown.

I typically do not like going to the phone store but not only was Jesus helpful he made our time so much more enjoyable. Jesus was so informative and broke everything down for us so we knew what we were getting. He welcomed us when we walked in and got us set up with new phone. Despite it being busy he went above and beyond for us and got us the best deal for what we were looking for.
I tried calling the number Verizon provided and it took me to a call center . This company has fallen apart. The Verizon stores and online order are two separate company with no accountability. Is there a real number to call to speak with an actual Verizon employee? Or do those not exist? Is your whole company third party contractors?
Kenneth was super great to work with and went above and beyond what we needed when we initially walked in. Dude rocks and whatever he’s being paid, it’s not enough so whoever is in charge of giving him a raise should do so ASAP!
