I bought a new phone here. A month later my Verizon bill jumped ~70%. Apparently they had switched my phone plan and added a bunch of add ons. These are add ons I expressly declined while speaking with them at the store and add ons I would never purchase in the first place. They also failed to manage the trade in process correctly. I was told I could leave while the data was still transferring between my old and new phone, but in reality the store needed my old phone to actually execute the trade in. It’s never anyone’s favorite experience having to go to the cellphone store, however, Ashley changed that experience! Made it super joyful and incredibly easy for us to add my boyfriend’s cell phone line to my account and get a new line set up. Thanks Ashley!
