I was in store today due to a billing issue. Randall helped me out. It unfortunately took a couple hours, but he was so kind and amazing the entire time. He made sure all of my concerns were handled and even kept things light hearted so I didn’t get frustrated. The industry needs like 100 more Randall’s! Thank you so so much!!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for 25 years and even left a strong review for this store a few months ago — but what’s happened since has been an absolute disaster. We went into this store with two $120 bills, consolidating into a family plan to save money. Somehow, our bill has been over $400 for three straight months. I was being blocked or unallowed to access or login to my Verizon account. This location, another store in Thornton and the customer service department could not give me access to my Verizon account. To pay my internet bill.
