I had a lost watch that was turned in to this Verizon store location. After the watch pinged my phone, I contacted the store and spoke with the representatives. Even though I was able to describe the watch in detail, they insisted on getting my passcode—which I declined to give, thankfully, as that would have granted access to my messages, photos, and other personal information.
