Kayla has been very very helpful! I would say she's gone the extra mile to help me in a difficult time.
These folks totally exceeded my/our expectations. Went in to ask about transferring 4 lines from T-Mobile. They found all the deals and promotions available to us. When I brought the family in the next day they honored the price they quoted and put our (purchased) screen protectors on all four new (practically free) phones and offered to help set up our new phones if needed. Very happy with the service
On Monday 1/12/26 Kayla and Mike were kind and helpful getting my line set up! They both did what they could to make an experience that can often be terribly frustrating easy. Mike got me water when I got thirsty and it was a great interaction

Michael and Kayla helped me set up my new Google ten they were both very plesent and very patient. Both very knowledgeable and helpful when my data transfer had issues best experience I've had at a Verizon store.
