Went to this location to buy 2 new phones and asks a few questions about trade ins but walked out after being in there for 5 minutes and the employee refused to engage with us. I’m not even sure the 2 people in the store were employees they never looked up at us or acknowledged us, just sat and stared at their phones the whole time. No other customers in the store either so that say a lot. Don’t waste your time at this location. Went to a different location and had amazing customer service.
