The associate was very helpful. The issue was not on a Verizon phone, but still very happy to help us out! We ended up purchasing a phone and adding it to our Verizon account! No pressure at all!!
Rick was absolutely fabulous. He took care of upgrading our devices adding another and taking care of other customers at the same time AND we were done in less time than it normally takes for our upgrades. I would highly recommend working with Rick.
Went in to transfer service providers, Alex helped me and was amazing! He answered all my questions. Got everything taken care of very quickly but I didn’t feel rushed either. Over all the best experience I’ve had at a phone store. The other employee was also great. Both had very friendly attitudes the whole time.
