I can’t even begin to tell you…. but I will say that our business internet was down since last Friday costing us a lot of money and time. After being told it would take 24-48 hours to repair, it has been 120 hours. When I called yesterday, I spoke to a supervisor who told me the tech would be out “tomorrow.” Their customer service (that I spent 4 hours talking to since the outage) is outsourced to another country and their “tomorrow” was two more days away in America.
