Jessi is amazing!! i came into Verizon with my shattered phone that i had dropped, and had purchased a new phone & was trying to get everything switched over, which was tough because my old phone wasn’t working anymore. nothing seemed to be working out, and she faithfully sat & talked with me while we walked through it all. we started talking about both of our days, and had some good laughs. i never felt rushed or uncomfortable in any way & honestly i left feeling like i had just made another friend :) give Jessi a raise!!!
