Place sucks, 1 guy on Tuesday nite, I walked in and he NEVER acknowledged me not once, he was talking with some foreigners and never said hey, hi or I be with u shortly, NOTHING, never even looked at me. Place is a joke, theu charge and arm and a leg gpr scrappy phone service, shotty internet on phone and bills with NO explanation. U call and ask about ur bill and they tell you to go online and look at it. This store is useless, this guy also is an "apple" guy, not really intended helping u with an android phone. Best cell phone service! A bit pricey but alot faster.
My S.O JUST left this place and the kid behind the counter said to him he could save him $45 bucks a month and my S.O said sure and the kid changed plans and something else AND NOW ALL MY PICS THAT WERE ON THE CLOUD IS GONE. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT MY CLOUD ACCOUNT WAS DELETED (removed per verizon tech support). IM ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON NOW AND THEY ARE SAYING THIS EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE at this store.
