Best cell phone service! A bit pricey but alot faster.
My S.O JUST left this place and the kid behind the counter said to him he could save him $45 bucks a month and my S.O said sure and the kid changed plans and something else AND NOW ALL MY PICS THAT WERE ON THE CLOUD IS GONE. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING THAT MY CLOUD ACCOUNT WAS DELETED (removed per verizon tech support). IM ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON NOW AND THEY ARE SAYING THIS EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE at this store. After being frustrated with Samsung and spectrum....I finally got fantastic customer service for a spectrum cell phone from Verizon central Square!! I love the personal service and intelligent customer service!! Buy all your stuff from Verizon central Square!!
David, was so incredibly helpful and pleasant, by far some of the best customer service I have received in a long time, he was thorough with his knowledge of products, and was able to correct all my issues I had today.
