This location is quieter than others and Michael is the man here (although I've spoken with several service folks here and all have been positive), Michael helped me get device trade in credit after missing the 30 day mark. Thanks Verizon and this outlets staff.
I recently visited the Verizon store in Cave Creek, Az to purchase a phone, where I met Efrain, a Verizon Representative. Efrain set up the phone, answered all questions , and did everything with aplomb. He is professional, friendly, understanding, and above everything else, extremely knowledgeable. Efrain is certainly a credit to the Verizon organization.
Went to shop to cancel a recent phone order because the charges were much higher than they had said. Only give it two stars instead of one because rep Cameron was very helpful and a good guy. If you need to deal with Verizon at this location ask for him.
Great experience! John was extremely helpful, got me into my busted and found a way to help me get a new one! Awesome guy and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place and ask for John.
Alexis Ramirez was the best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon store. My mom’s husband passed away and she did everything so quickly and kindly!!!! My mom was dreading it and putting off going in to get a new phone and now we both know where we will go for all future Verizon issues.
