I ordered a phone last week: thatvI was clear I needed before today. No call or notification that it was delayed for two weeks. Or apology. Instead the representative, that seemed to be the most senior on sight said “I didn’t order it” and “Don’t shoot the messenger” with no offer to resolve the situation or any solutions offered. Wow thank you Peter for amazing customer service. Diagnosed the problem and got us on our way but the interaction between him and the other 3 customers was exceptional. Don't need a phone but if I did now know where I would shop.
Alex was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of good information and took care of the problem and showed me how to work an app in a different way than I had done before He is a real asset to Verizon!
