My wife had a (low end) Motorola phone, and it was on the verge of dying, so we visited several Verizon stores... all were nice, but not especially helpful. It seemed that everyone wanted us to get in and get out as soon as possible. We visited the Wireless Zone in Spotswood, and the store manager, John Fekete shined. He was courteous, and helpful. I would like to commend SAL for his expertise, patience, and compassion he shows my sister each and every time we visit the Spotswood store. My sister has cancer and it is imperative she has a working phone. She is ecstatic when her phone issues are resolved and happy for visiting "HER SAL" God bless you......
