I went into this store on 4/18, simply to get a new phone. I specifically looked for Dayna as she has helped my family over the years, and I wanted to give her the sale. BIG MISTAKE. She told me that the best way to upgrade my phone was to bundle in an Apple watch, Jet Pack, and that I needed a new block, new charger, all to help the battery life on my new phone.
