Your store in kingman az needs a better system for waiting on customers. You need a sign in sheet or number system. The employees do not ask who's next and since the average wait time is at least a half hour and service is at least 45 minutes, this needs to improve .
Horrible people. They hired someone with MY IDENTITY and when I call to escalate things all the salespeople want to do is tell me to wait on a call back and i cant talk to ANYONE BEYOND A SALESPERONS. This company puts profit before customer service.
