Horrible people. They hired someone with MY IDENTITY and when I call to escalate things all the salespeople want to do is tell me to wait on a call back and i cant talk to ANYONE BEYOND A SALESPERONS. This company puts profit before customer service.
In Grayson Ky I was guaranteed a bill of 250$ a month with a upgrade so I took the upgrade, my first bill since was over 550$ then 380$ then 350$ and now no one wants to pay me back.
HORRIBLE SERVICE My experience with Thomas at the Victra store 13711 s Tamiami Trail #6. I bought on New phone pixel 9 pro. I was hustled to buy double and triple the price accessories and convinced to take my $200. dollar phone on promotion and finance the phone retail value of 3 years. I had the bill emailed instead of printed. I would not recommended doing that or ask for both a printout and email.
