In Grayson Ky I was guaranteed a bill of 250$ a month with a upgrade so I took the upgrade, my first bill since was over 550$ then 380$ then 350$ and now no one wants to pay me back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE My experience with Thomas at the Victra store 13711 s Tamiami Trail #6. I bought on New phone pixel 9 pro. I was hustled to buy double and triple the price accessories and convinced to take my $200. dollar phone on promotion and finance the phone retail value of 3 years. I had the bill emailed instead of printed. I would not recommended doing that or ask for both a printout and email. Upon counsel and reviewing their confusing bill decided I wanted to put the $200. down and return the over priced accessories... read more

Our experience at the Victra store at 5001 Peachtree in Atlanta (under the guise of Verizon) has been a nightmare. …and they don’t care. Unlike a Verizon Corporate Store, Victra has a hard and fast rule whereby they charge you for setting up a new phone. …which is where the incompetence begins. ABSOLUTE FAIL - without any concern. RUN in the opposite direction!!!
