Went into this store upset as I lost my phone, everything work related, racing related was on my phone. Never been treated so well, the customer service rep went out of his way to recover all my data to my new phone. Won't tell you what I spent, but it was so little I could not believe it. If you need anything Verizon related this is the store to go to, you won't find better people anywhere.
I'm trying yet again to get this company to remove 2 metal wires attached to a utility pole that pose an electric shock risk on my property in wet weather that they have no easement for that have been on my property since likely 1991. They say they will but it never happens. Its touching trees and my garage.
DO NOT GET VERIZON FIOS. This is the worst service I have ever received. We signed up for FiOS in August 2024. It is 5/12/25 and we still have an EXPOSED FIOS CABLE on our lawn. We have had to have it repaired once already because it got mowed over due to Verizon's negligence to bury it. We have called them at least 5 times to get this resolved, and each time they promise someone will be out, but no one ever comes. SCAMMERS ! THE ASSOCIATE SAID MY PHONE WAS $200 . WHEN I GOT MY BILL IT WAS $600! DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION ! THEY LIE TO GET COMMISSION.
Tried switching internet and tv from spectrum to Verizon Fios. What a disaster. They put in the service on12/06/23. They used streaming boxes for the tv. It would not work. Picture pixellated and the boxes kept losing signal completely. I had technicians out almost every day for a week it still would not work. I asked to switch to wired tv boxes and was told that even though the service was bad I couldn’t switch just because I didn’t like it.
